Every Yammie has four skill slots they can assign skills to. Skill slots are unlocked at different levels based on the type of Yammie. For added variety to each Yammie there will be a total of eight available skills per class with four being assigned at random when a Yammie reaches the prerequisite level.

Every Yammies starts off with a basic attack, and then learns moves as they level up. When a Yammie has four moves and is offered the chance to learn a new move they can choose to either swap it with (and forget) an existing move or opt out of learning the new move. The initial series will feature 100 different skills/attacks/abilities. With 10 “BASIC” skills/attacks/abilities and then 10 unique skills/attacks/abilities per type of Yammie.
